Chris joined Pelican Energy Partners in 2014 as a Senior Associate. He has more than 10 years of experience in middle market oilfield services private equity, corporate development and investment banking.
Prior to joining Pelican, Chris was the Manager of Corporate Development for Forum Energy Technologies where he focused on oilfield product and equipment acquisitions and divestitures, and supported corporate strategy efforts. Prior to Forum, Chris worked as an analyst in the Energy Investment Banking group of Raymond James where he focused on strategic advisory and M&A transactions for companies across the upstream, midstream and oilfield service sectors. Prior to Raymond James, Chris qualified as a CPA while working for Deloitte.
Chris currently serves on the Boards of GHT, Quinn ALS, Veretek, EPIC International and Gordon Technologies. He previously served on the Board of Downhole Technology prior to its sale to Schoeller Bleckmann Oilfield Equipment in April 2016 as well as the Board of Multilift prior to its sale to Forum Energy Technologies in July 2017.
Chris graduated from Texas A&M University, summa cum laude, with an MS in Finance and BBA in Accounting.
