WedgeRock will be receiving the Supply Chain Partner of the Year award for 2020 in appreciation of collaborative efforts and outstanding service to Milwaukee Valve Company "MVC".
Every year Milwaukee Valve Company gives this award to a supplier that has partnered with MVC on a project. WedgeRock supplied the gear operators for CVN 80 and 81, the Navy's two newest aircraft carriers, the USS Enterprise and the USS Doris Miller. With WedgeRock as a partner, Milwaukee Valve Company completed the request from Newport News Shipbuilding to have all of the operators in stock at the end of 2020.
