Hailley joined Pelican in 2025 and plays a key role in office administrative functions while providing broad support to the team.
Before joining Pelican, she was an Executive Business Partner for AvidXchange, Inc., supporting senior leaders and facility operations. With over six years of experience in administration, she has successfully led office operations, provided high-level executive support, coordinated cross-functional initiatives, and implemented streamlined processes across multiple locations.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Southern New Hampshire University and recently earned her Professional Administrative Certificate of Excellence (PACE) from the American Society of Administrative Professionals. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, playing games with her friends, and being outside.
