Chetan Chivate joined Pelican Energy Partners in 2024. He has over 22 years of experience in driving Operational Excellence at companies of varied size and complexity in diversified industrials, HVAC and oilfield services industries. He has led successful business transformations, comprising both manufacturing and service value streams, across public and private equity-backed enterprises.
At Pelican, Chetan is responsible for working with the Board of Directors, deploying Operational Excellence culture and developing robust processes and capabilities across Pelican portfolio companies.
Chetan has earned his BS in Mechanical engineering from VJTI, India and MS in Industrial engineering and MBA (Finance) from The Ohio State University. He has extensive experience in coaching and developing executive teams, creating buy-in and driving successful and sustainable change throughout the organization. He believes in focusing on the process and developing people to drive results. Problems are opportunities that help guide us towards True North.
Chetan resides with his wife and son in Pearland and enjoys spending time outdoors with his family.
